Guided Compliance Support is a professional services add-on delivered by a Healthcare Inspired (HCI) consultant. It provides up to 2 professional hours per monthly service period of direct, hands-on support — including evidence review, written feedback on your compliance documentation, and scheduled consultant meetings to keep your program on track.
On Standard, Plus, and Premium plans it is optional at $495/month and can be added or removed each month. On the Max plan it is included in the base price — the software and guidance fees are bundled together.

Unused hours within a service period do not roll over. Hours are coordinated directly with your assigned HCI consultant after enrollment.
Program Launch is a one-time onboarding service for $750 (up to 3 professional hours). It covers initial platform configuration, an orientation session with your compliance lead, and a structured setup checklist tailored to your organization type.
Program Launch is available with any plan — Standard, Plus, Premium, or Max — and must be requested separately. It is not included in Max; Max includes recurring monthly Guided Compliance Support, not the one-time launch service.

Plans use a named-user, graduated band model. Each plan includes a 10-seat minimum (so a 7-person team still pays for 10 seats). Above 10, users are priced in bands — the first band costs more per user, and each successive band costs less. Use the pricing calculator above to see the exact breakdown for your team size.

Monthly billing charges each period at the standard rate. Annual billing covers 12 months at the cost of 10 — effectively a 17% discount on the software portion. You pay the annual amount upfront; Guided Compliance Support is always billed monthly regardless of billing cadence.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan tier at any time — upgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Downgrading from Premium or Max to a lower tier may reduce the number of active compliance categories.
Guided Compliance Support can be added or removed on any Standard, Plus, or Premium plan month-to-month. Max always includes it.
Training Essentials is a one-time, 12-month order for access to the published HCI standard education bundle — courses, assessments, and completion records — without the policy management platform. It's designed for organizations that need annual compliance training for staff but don't need policy authoring or the full compliance workspace.
Software plan subscribers get training included as part of their plan. Training Essentials is for training-only purchasers.
HINRI (Healthcare Inspired Natural Reference Interface) is the AI-assisted policy authoring tool inside the platform. It helps compliance leads draft, review, and refine policy language using published HCI guidance as a reference. Usage is metered — each plan includes a published monthly allowance. Standard plans do not include HINRI access; Plus, Premium, and Max plans include it within their published allowance.
